A message from the Practitoner
Some people diagnosed with certain disorders, such as Depression, Anxiety and ADHD, prefer not to take medications.
I respect all individuals’ preferences, be it herbal, homeopathic, or other unconventional interventions, without judgment.
Herbal supplements can be powerful supporting allies, but all medications, including the ‘natural remedies’ have side effects and can be dangerous or interact with other medications.
I look at the safety profiles of all prescribed and self-prescribed medications. I don’t push supplements or order myriads of unnecessary labs, unless they offer real and measurable benefits.
I blend medication management with nutrition, and psychotherapy interventions to help manage these conditions. While some may not want to take medications, they are necessary for others. My aim is to help minimize their use of pharmaceuticals whenever possible.
Education and collaboration is big for me. I educate all individuals regarding their medications, specifically on how to monitor and manage side effects. I work with individuals as allies to empower them, and help them become champions on their journey to wellness.
